Aqua2live is a machine, which is developed with a goal to obtain a tool for producing a liquid which is very efficient in removing bacteria which are harmful for the health of man and animal.

The machine is doing this in such a way that without maintenance (e.g. without using interchangeable filters) and electronically controlling, all parameters need to be entered once (e.g. the hardness and the bacterial pollution of water). With advanced electronics any deviations are reported (i.a. internet). Also the settings can be read remotely and when necessary corrected. Since adding a chloride to drinking water and/or swimming water a/o. is one of the most effective way to kill bacteria and some viruses (anthrax), there was chosen for a system which produces two liquids with electrolyze, Anolyth and Katolyt.

The reactor is not resistant against calcify that’s why there is chosen for 2 filters, which are interchangeable working. After the saturation of the filters they will be automatically cleaned with a salt solution. The only thing the user has to do is to refill the salt reservoir when an alert of a low salt concentration occurs.

The machine is equipped with replaceable modules which can be changed quickly when a malfunction occurs. For the treatment of a maximum of 5000 liter water per hour a power consumption of 250W is needed. This is 0.05 Watt per liter water. About 250 grams of salt is needed for 5,000 liter water. To use Aqua2live for the cleaning of drinking water a water flow meter will be mounted into the water supply. The water usage will be measured, so the exact amount of liquid can be injected to kill bacteria. (ratio 0,5 % to 0,1 % anolyte in water). This can be configured depending on the pollution.
